What is the return policy?
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item is in original condition and packaging
- Item is free from pet hair, dirt, or odour
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn by pets are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Worn or used dog clothing
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items returned outside the return window

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
